Radios Zenith Royal 500B Maroon, 1957 Maroon, Chassis 7ZT40Z1. The 1st Production used Raytheon transistors. This radio has 7 transistors, 4 blue Raytheon transistors with a brown dot on them: (121-9/2N111/CK759, 121-10/2N111A/CK759A, 121-10/2N111A/CK759A, 121-14/2N112/CK760) It has 3 silver Raytheon transistors (121-11/CK882, 121-12/CK888, 121-12/CK888) and 1 1N87 diode. On label: 121-16, 121-15, 121-17, 121-17, 121-18, 121-19, 121-19, unbreakable nylon case. Identified with a brown dot in the battery compartment. Transistor Layout Label has Brown print, 102-2266. This is the 2nd version of the first transistor portable made by Zenith in the USA.
